The aim of this course is for you to learn to meditate on your own, anywhere, anytime. 

The course provides a practical and simple approach to incorporating meditation into our contemporary lives. We're not all monks with hours on end to sit in lotus pose and still our minds; and you know what, you don't need to stop thoughts to meditate.

Our 5 week Introduction to Meditation Course can also be run at your workplace (1 hour sessions over 5 weeks).
