Have you been wanting to learn to meditate but don't know how to start? Maybe you've been interested in mindfulness and meditation for a while but haven't found time to learn more? Do you need help to calm in stressful situations? Or perhaps you're searching for a way to slow down or find space amidst a busy life.

The aim of this course is for you to learn to meditate on your own, anywhere, anytime. 

The course provides a practical and simple approach to incorporating meditation into our contemporary lives. We're not all monks with hours on end to sit in lotus pose and still our minds; and you know what, you don't need to stop thoughts to meditate.
